Solo Ride will let a rider notify trusted contacts by text if they are lost or need assistance. Family Ride will make it easier for family outings to stay connected and get help quickly when needed.
Privacy and safety note
Group Ride Alert does not continuously track riders. Location is only shared when Need Assistance is pressed and the device provides a location.
Group Ride Alert is a communication aid, not a safety guarantee. Riders should still ride safely, communicate directly when needed, obey laws and trail rules, and use official emergency services for emergencies.

Need to create rides?
A Ride Leader Code lets an approved ride leader create new rides in Group Ride Alert. After a leader creates a ride, the app generates a separate Ride Code that riders use to join that specific ride.
Your Ride Leader Code is private to you. Do not share it with riders. Riders only need the Ride Code for the ride they are joining.
